As stated that as long as we have no criminal records & are clinically fit , There are no visa rejections. Are there any requirements in the "clinically fit" aspect ?
I am a student living with hiv .. will that be a factor that will affect my visa ?

Thank you

I've read a post in your Facebook page about cgfns. It states that now the cgfns processing for New York is not needed. Is that true? Can you please elaborate about it. I really want to know more about this.

Dear Lalita, thank you for your query. The news you've heard is very true. No elaboration is need for this. We can't say why they made this decision, but we assume that they are needing more international nurses and eliminating CGFNS process for their fast processing.

First of all, you'd have to pass Nepal Nursing Council exam and get a nursing license. Then after you can apply for job. There are so many recruitment companies here and they'll help you get a job.

Thankyou so much for your reply.
    Thankyou for guiding me.

I am the sponsor ( second mom) for a young woman who recently graduated from LA University with a BS degree in Nursing....I want to know how much it costs to take training and exam preparation courses at this institution.

Also, does she need to work for 2 years as a nurse before taking the exam for nursing in the USA? Our goal is for her to move to the USA to work as a RN nurse....After she passes your international exam, will she still have to pass the California licensing exam before she can work here? What are your impressions of this training institution? I am very happy that there is a way to communicate with you...I live too far away to explore Sapna's options in person.....Thank you very much for taking the time to answer me. Dr. Karen Breschi, PhD... San Francisco, California, USA

    Dear Ma'am,
Thanks for your query and sorry for the late reply. The preparation cost is about 1025 USD in which she'll get full length 4 months NCLEX preparation, IELTS preparation, unlimited mock tests for NCLEX, books and resources as well as guidance in all type of processing until she get her ATT (Authorization to Take Test). No experience is needed to give NCLEX exam, all she need is a Nepali nursing license.
For job placement different states have different rules. Unfortunately, applying to California is not possible from here because they ask for Social Security Number. So, initially she can apply for NY board of nursing which is fairly simple in comparison to other states and clinical experience required is 1 year minimum, whereas most of the states do not accept experience less than 2 years. So let her apply for NY, and after obtaining the required experience there, let her endorse her license to CA.
We are in this field since 2004 and we are the first to start NCLEX preparation in Nepal. Currently we have also automated our online NCLEX classes considering the COVID-19. We are Asia's first to automate online NCLEX classes. Students will be provided their own dashboard where they can join live classes, watch recorded classes, get access to the resources and give mock tests just like they do in real NCLEX exam. We also are Asia's first and probably first in the world to provide NCLEX online/offline mock tests as well. Our pass rate is one of the highest pass rates in the world (please refer to NCSBN website). We have the pass rate of 92% in the first attempt, and considering 2018-2020 result set, our pass rate is 100%. We are continuously growing and we have one of the richest collection of resources for NCLEX preparation and software programs to help students develop more confidence in real NCLEX exam.

It'd be better to take classes after you complete your study. If you already have a nursing license, you can even start immediately. But I recommend you to take classes after completing your study.

What will the total amount of money required for the full processing and classes? Is  job placement guaranted? Can IELTS be done after one passes NCLEX?

Dear Sureksha Giri, thanks for your question. The total cost for NCLEX preparation and all the processing fees, exam costs and everything may reach up to 3 lakh. But after passing NCLEX, everything is free including your airfare, immigration charges, 3 months accommodation in USA and plenty more things. Everything will be sponsored after you pass NCLEX and obtain the English test requirements. You can do IELTS after passing NCLEX but it may lengthen your time to go to USA. We recommend that you obtain IELTS score before or as soon as you complete NCLEX. All our students get IELTS classes as soon as they join NCLEX. There are not any rejection cases till date after you complete NCLEX and IELTS requirement.

Actually I wanna ask you some questions regarding state.. In which state of US IELTS is not required or 6 score each band is sufficient for applying after passing nclex exam.. As well as which state will accept work experience of 1 year in general ward of nepal? I heard most of the state will accept 2 years experience in ICU, OT, Picu, Nicu, cathlab..

If you are applying for EB-3 Visa (occupational visa), IELTS is mandatory for every state with 7 in speaking and overall 6.5 or for TOEFL iBT total score not less than 84 with minimum of 26 in speaking. 1 year experience can be accepted if you apply through us to New York. We can even make job placement for inexperienced nurses as well. Experience and department may vary depending upon the state, but there is no compulsion that you have to have experience in a specific department, general ward nurses can also apply.

TOEFL iBT also has 4 sections with minimum 0 to maximum 30 points each section or module. The total score is 120, so for NCLEX students, TOEFL iBT score would be total score not less than 84 with speaking score of 26.

How to prioritize and practice a question? Saunders is causing kind of anxiety attack. Can you briefly explain how can i prioritize NCLEX questions. It is kind of difficult and so confusing. Which book i can refer for the basic understanding of prioritization concept.??

Dear Yagya, thank you again. Well proritization, deligation and assignment may be out of scope discussing in our forum. You may find plenty of online videos and other resources as well to cover the topic. Still I'll try to submit your question to our expert to provide an overview to you. Please stay connected.

Dear Yagya, thank you for your question. Actually reading book only won't help much (though it is necessary to understand the systems). The thing is to be able to prioritize the questions, practice through more and more questions, develop critical thinking skills, take practice tests and mock tests. Taking preparation class rather than self study would certainly be better option because you'll get confused in many places and it'd be very tedious for you. It's highly recommended to take preparation class in which the teacher will guide you in everything and make everything crystal clear, find our your weakness and strength and give you nice strategy. So I do not personally recommend self study because it may be very annoying to you.

Tips on Passing the NCLEX in One Attempt

    • Take the test early. Don't have too much gap between completion of your nursing degree.
    • Critical thinking and memorization represent crucial test-taking skills.
    • Familiarize yourself with the exam format.
    • Take practice tests and mock tests provided by NPCN
    • Don't miss any class and materials we provide.
    • Study effectively instead of cramming.

Good question indeed. Do not miss any or our classes, go through every material provided, complete every test and questions we provided, should be able to speak and verbalize what you know confidently (you know more content), understand how to think critically (things that don't go into your mind easily, able to make connections), you've spent time studying, Most importantly, you've taken our mock test plenty of times, topic wise mock tests and full length tests.
